"Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” (SRDI) enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that demonstrate strong specialization, refined processes, unique offerings, and innovation in China. They embody the idea that "SMEs can achieve great success," with “little giant” enterprises standing out as the leaders within this group.

China places great emphasis on developing SRDI enterprises, which undergo strict government certification after self-assessment. Certified companies must register officially and update their information regularly. This certification highlights their strong technology, market competitiveness, and industry recognition.
