Requirements

Exhibitors must fulfil the minimum requirement for visitor referrals and complete ONE social media task. The exhibitor who fulfill the minimum requirement with the highest number of visitors referred will be entitled to the grand prize. Additional prizes will be awarded based on subsequent referral counts.

How to participate

1. Complete the enrollment form below. Once verified, you’ll get a dedicated registration link to invite guests.
2. Submit proof of social media posts by 3 October 2025.
3. Results will be verified by the organiser, and qualified exhibitors will be notified by 13 October 2025.
4. Submit marketing materials (videos, images, text) between 13 and 24 October 2025.
