All staff, service partners and exhibitors are required to register with verified identity information to redeem admission badges by using original personal identity documents*.

All attendees (visitors, press, delegates, VIPs etc.) are required to pre-register online with verified identity information to redeem admission badges by using original personal identity documents*.

All personnel must fulfil below requirements in order to get access to the exhibition grounds.

-    full registration with verified personal identity documents
-    wear a face mask
-    body temperature check below 37.3℃

*The personal identity documents include PRC Resident ID Cards, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland travel permits for Taiwan residents and Passports.

Visitor admission process

Prepare the following items before admission: 

1）Pre-register and obtain a registration QR code

2）Your original ID documents

3）Wear a mask

If you have not pre-registered to the show, on-site registration is available! Please come onsite and proceed to the Assisted Check-in counter in the South Lobby of the show venue, our staff will assist you in registration. 

Follow the steps below for entering the fairground:

1）Redeem your badge by presenting your registration QR code with verified identity information

*For overseas visitors, please proceed to Assisted Check-in counter for badge redemption

2）Wear a mask and go through body temperature check (body temperature below 37.3℃)

3）Enter with your badge and original ID documents

Visitors may enter the fairground from South Lobby & South Entrance
